Teaching practice phase 2 📚📚 week2 📚10/11/2025-14/11/2025
On the 4th day of my teaching practice, the day went quite smoothly. I had only one period, which was during the 6th hour. In that class, I engaged the students with a lesson from the chapter Ratio, under topic Algebra. I explained the concept in a clear and simple manner so the students could easily understand it. After the class, I spent the remaining time quietly completing some other tasks. The school dispersed by 4:15pm marking the end of a calm and productive day.
On the 5th day of my teaching practice, I had my class during the 8th hour. It was a problem-solving session from the portion Algebra. I worked out a few problems on the board and helped the students understand each step clearly. The students also tried some questions on their own, and I guided them wherever needed.
On the 6th day of my teaching practice, after completing the attendance procedure, I had the first-hour class. I introduced a new topic, Changing Ratios, and explained the concept in a simple way for the students to understand. I also worked out a few problems related to the topic and guided the students through the steps. The class went smoothly and the students were able to follow the lesson well.
On the 7th day of my teaching practice, I had my class during the 13th hour, where I used the Enquiry Training Model to work out a problem. I presented the question and encouraged the students to ask relevant queries to explore the solution. At first, they took some time to understand the process, but soon they participated actively and showed good involvement. The class turned interactive, and the students’ enthusiasm made the session effective and meaningful.
On the 8thday of my teaching practice, I had my class during the 1st hour, where I introduced the students to the new topic Three Measures. I explained the concept clearly and also used a chart to present the idea in a simple way. I worked out a few problems related to the topic, and the students actively followed the steps. Today, our school also celebrated Children’s Day with several cultural programs and quiz competitions, which brought a festive mood to the campus. The school concluded by 4:15 pm.
