Innovative work ( semester 3)

Innovative education is a creative, learner-centered approach that makes the learning process more engaging, meaningful, and interactive. It emphasizes new ideas, teaching aids, and hands-on strategies that help students explore and understand concepts rather than simply memorize them. Through the use of models, activities, and visual tools, it simplifies abstract ideas and fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and active classroom participation. In the B.Ed curriculum, innovative work connects theory with practice by guiding pre-service teachers to create effective, learner-focused teaching aids. These innovations address different learning styles and align with the constructivist approach, enabling learners to construct knowledge through experience. Moreover, such practices enhance key teaching skills such as creativity, communication, and adaptability—qualities essential for effective and modern classroom teaching. For this purpose I created a working model to help stud...

The tenth day of my teaching practice was productive. I had my regular class during the seventh period and also took a substitution in the third period. In class, I focused on the problem-solving part of the topic, and it was encouraging to see students actively engaged in solving the problems. The remaining time was spent completing other assigned tasks and academic work in the allotted r oom.
